Namaste yogis!
Andrea is passionate about sharing the joy of mindful movement with others and truly believes that yoga is for all bodies. Her twenty years of personal practice and deep study of yoga philosophy are seamlessly woven into her classes through energetic, creative, and thoughtfully sequenced Slow Power, Power, and Vinyasa flows.
Guided by her playful and honest presence, her classes are designed to be a heartfelt, fun experience. Set to intentionally curated playlists, each practice inspires students to step onto their mats, connect deeply with their breath, and become fully present in their bodies.
Andrea strives to create and hold a welcoming, inclusive space where students can explore their movement without judgment and leave feeling physically energized, mentally clear, and genuinely good. Deeply grateful to share these therapeutic benefits with the Bellingham community, she has called the area home for nearly twenty years with her husband.
When she is not teaching or embracing the outdoors—running local trails with her dog, Murphy, mountain biking, or skiing at Mt. Baker—you will often find her practicing on the mat right next to you, continuously fueling her own lifelong journey with yoga.
